Green Day: Rock Band allows players to perform simulated rock music by providing up to four players with the ability to play three different controllers modeled after music instruments (a guitar controller for lead guitar and bass guitar gameplay, a drum controller and a microphone for vocals). Players simulate the performance of rock music by using their controllers to play scrolling on-screen notes. For lead and bass guitar, this is accomplished by holding down colored buttons mimicking guitar frets and pushing the controller’s strum bar; for drums, this requires striking the matching colored drumhead, or stepping on the pedal to simulate playing bass drum notes. When singing vocals, the player must sing in relative pitch to the original vocals.

Infinite Space is a science-fiction role-playing game developed by Nude Maker and Platinum Games for the Nintendo DS. It was released in Japan on June 11, 2009, and will be released in North America March 16, 2010, but has a pending date for Europe in March 2010. For a short period after it was announced, the game was referred to by the working title Infinite Line.Infinite Space is a science fiction role-playing video game that allows the player to design and control a spaceship. The player can customize the ship with over 150 different design models, along with over 150 possible crewmembers. After designing a ship, the player can explore an expansive game world with a story spanning two galaxies. Characters seen in the game will be displayed in 2D, while ships, exploration, and battles will all be in 3D.In the game, multiplayer is available for two-player spaceship battles over local Wi-Fi

Mega Man 10 is the upcoming tenth main entry of the classic Mega Man series (not including Mega Man & Bass).

Mega Man 10 will have three playable characters: Mega Man, Proto Man, and an unnamed third character. The Robot Masters in the game are Sheep Man, Commando Man, Blade Man, Strike Man, Solar Man, Chill Man, Nitro Man, and Pump Man. An easy mode will also be included in the game  that alters levels, such as placing platforms over spike pits. There will also be a “Mega Man Challenges” mode where players can practice their skills. Returning features from the previous game include an in-between level item shop and downloadable content.

Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands is an upcoming videogame developed by Ubisoft Montreal and Ubisoft Quebec due for release on May 11, 2010, for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Nintendo DS, Nintendo Wii, PlayStation Portable and Microsoft Windows. The game is a latest installment in the Prince of Persia series, and will mark a return to the storyline started by Prince of Persia: TheSands of Time.

A trailer for Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands was premiered worldwide on the 2009 Spike Video Game Awards.

While not a direct video game adaptation or containing elements of the film, the game’s release is coinciding with the May 2010 release of Disney’s film adaptation of the video game, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, starring Jake Gyllenhaal.

It was announced on May 28, 2009 and it’s due to come out in March 2010.The game is a mascot kart racing game, very similar to other games in its genre like Mario Kart, Konami Krazy Racers and Crash Team Racing. Characters race through various race circuits themed on different Sega franchises and collect power-ups to boost their speed or hamper their opponents. Additional boost can be earned by successfully executing drift turns, or performing tricks whilst in midair. Like Sumo’s previous Sega game, Sega Superstars Tennis, each character has a special ability (called an “All-Star Move”) unique to them that they may use to their advantage (such as Sonic transforming into Super Sonic and AiAi riding in marbles), which they can obtain if they are running behind in the race.

No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle is an action video game currently in development for the Wii video game system. It is being directed by Suda51, developed by Grasshopper Manufacture, published by Ubisoft and Rising Star Games, and has a release date of January 26, 2010 in North America, and February or March 2010 in Europe.In a trailer and several Famitsu scans, Travis has been seen to dual wield twin beam katanas. Other combat moves are set to be similar to the first game, in an interview with IGN, Suda51 states, “Expect some really cool new wrestling moves,” confirming the reappearance of that particular mechanic. Use of the environment for certain moves is something the developers are looking into adding. Suda has stated that he would like to integrate the Wii MotionPlus peripheral into combat.Desperate Struggle is planned for release in Europe in both “extreme” and mild formats, to appeal to European fans who were disappointed by the bloodless version of No More Heroes that was published in their region
